Celebrating Our Apprentices at Nordri
At Nordri, we’re proud to champion the next generation of skilled professionals. Today, we’re shining a spotlight on our talented apprentices – Ian, Jack, James, Mark and Jayden – who are already making a meaningful contribution to our team.
Motivated, ambitious and eager to learn, each of them brings energy and fresh perspective to the workplace. While they may be at the beginning of their careers, their impact is already being felt across our projects and operations.
Building Skills for the Future
Our apprentices are pursuing a range of career paths that reflect the diverse expertise within Nordri.
Jack, James and Jayden are pursuing careers in electrical engineering, Ian is on the path to becoming a mechanical engineer, and Mark is training as a plumbing and heating engineer. Each of them is building the skills and experience that will shape both their own futures and the future of our industry.
Each apprenticeship combines structured learning with real-world experience, allowing our apprentices to apply their knowledge in practical settings. This blend of education and on-the-job training ensures they graduate with both qualifications and the confidence to succeed.
Recognising Scottish Apprentice Week
Scottish Apprentice Week provides the perfect opportunity to celebrate the dedication and hard work of apprentices across the country. At Nordri, it’s a chance for us to recognise not only the progress our apprentices have made, but also the value they bring to our business every day.
Investing in apprenticeships has always been central to our values. By nurturing emerging talent, we’re supporting individual career ambitions while strengthening our organisation for the long term. Apprenticeships allow us to develop a skilled workforce that understands our standards, our culture and our commitment to quality.
Investing in Tomorrow
We’re especially proud that this year we’ve been able to expand the number of apprenticeship opportunities available at Nordri. This growth reflects our ongoing commitment to developing talent and building a sustainable, future-ready workforce.
As our business continues to grow, so too does our dedication to creating opportunities for young people to learn, develop and succeed.
If you’re interested in starting your own career journey with Nordri, keep an eye out – we’ll be announcing new apprenticeship opportunities soon.
